Do you offer discounts?

My pricing is set to reflect the time involved in shooting, editing, and delivering a professional set of images. For that reason, I don’t usually offer discounts.
If you’re booking for a group, multiple musicians, or an organisation, feel free to enquire for a tailored quote.

Is retouching included in the package?

Yes — all final selected images include professional polishing and retouching (colour, skin tones, and small clean-ups).
If you’d like heavier retouching or more detailed edits, this can be quoted per image.

Can I purchase additional edited images?

Absolutely. You can add extra edited images if you fall in love with more than your package includes.
Additional images are $25 per photo.

Do you provide RAW files?

I don’t provide RAW/unedited files. RAW images are unfinished working files and don’t represent the final look of my work.
You’ll receive your selected images fully edited in high-resolution.

How does payment work?

Once we confirm a date, I’ll send an invoice with payment details. Payment is due before image delivery.
If you need an urgent session for a deadline, payment is required to secure the booking.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

No problem — I understand life happens.
If you need to reschedule, just give as much notice as possible. Weather-related reschedules for outdoor sessions are always free.

Can you hold a date without payment?

To keep things fair (and to protect shoot times), bookings are only confirmed once payment is made.
If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to enquire and I can suggest dates first.

Do you charge travel fees?

Sessions in central Auckland (including Wynyard Quarter) don’t have any travel fee.
For locations further out, travel may be added depending on distance — I’ll always confirm this with you in advance.

Do you offer rush turnaround?

If you have a tight deadline (casting, audition, publicity), I can sometimes offer a rush edit option depending on schedule.
This may include a rush fee — enquire and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
